No need to pre-register for weekly classes.  Just come on in. All class passes have an expiration date of 6 months from the date of purchase. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about which class style will best suit your needs and interests.

*Student rates are available with valid high school or college id. These rates are also available to anybody over 60 years of age, active military, and first responders.

Class Descriptions

All Levels

60-75 minutes of sweaty, flowy goodness. All Levels Power Yoga classes are a well-rounded practice  to cultivate strength, ease, and settled mind. Open to everybody. The room is warm to hot at the teachers descretion.

Foundations

60 minutes of clear, easy to follow, foundational power yoga practice. This class is great for beginners or anyone looking for attention to detail. The room will be warm to hot at the teachers descretion.

All Access Yoga

This 60 minute, non-heated flow class is open to adults as well as children ages 10 and up, who are ready to participate in an adults yoga class.  All access yoga makes a great afternoon practice that gets you home in time for dinner. This class offers families the opportunity to practice yoga together. All Levels are welcome.

Gentle Flow

60 minutes of slow intentional movement, breath, and mindfulness. This class is ideal for anyone seeking a gentle practice. Injuries, fatigue, or any other sense of intensity in life is a great reason for gentle practice.  The room will be room temperature.

Pay What You Can

Pay what you can classes are donation based.  Suggested cash donations of $10 are accepted, but not required.  These classes are part of our effort to make sure everybody has access to yoga.  Pay what you can classes are similar to a Foundations class, except that the room is kept at room temperature.

Restorative Yoga

60 minutes of supported, sustained, healing shapes. This practice tends to the need we all have for surrender and release. In letting go we are restored. The room will be room temperature.

Acroyoga

90 minutes of balancing with your friends. Acroyoga takes our practice into partnerships and community.  Develop your communication skills, your ability to trust and support, and your playful inner child! This class is open to all levels and will take place in a cool room.

Meditation

15 minutes of practice in mindfulness.  This session allows us to be still and to train our awareness and our relationship to ourselves and the world we live in. This session is always free and open to everyone!
