Join South Hills Power Yoga, Bloomfield Yoga and Abundant Strength for a weekend yoga retreat at the rejuvenating Gateway Lodge Resort & Spa. Located only 100 miles outside of Pittsburgh, this hidden getaway provides the perfect combination of natural beauty and luxury comfort. Whether you choose to stay in a suite with an in-room Jacuzzi or a cozy cabin, you’ll find the respite you’ve been seeking. 

In between yoga classes, you can explore the breathtaking trails of Cook Forest, read a book by the fire in the Great Room, or enjoy an AVEDA spa treatment at the in-house Woods Spa. 

The Gateway Lodge Restaurant and Tavern offers locally sourced cuisine to meet the needs of even the most discerning yogi palette. 

The five uniquely themed yoga classes will be held in the resort’s private conference center which provides a rustic feel with its hand-hewn log construction and large glass windows that allow the hemlock to peek in. 

(All yoga classes will be held in a room warmed anywhere between 75 - 85 degrees with regular indoor humidity. If you are used to practicing in a warmer environment, please consider dressing in layers.)

  • 5 full yoga practices led by members of the SHPY, BFY and Abundant StrengthTeaching Teams
  • Saturday Morning Sitting Meditation
  • 5 Meals (From Dinner on Friday Night - Breakfast on Sunday Morning) 
  • 2 Night’s Lodging (in accommodations of your choosing)

Early-Bird: $445 per person**      Regular: $495 per person

Cabin Package Option with 2 Person Occupancy Minimum
Early-Bird: $395 per person**      Regular: $445 per person

*Retreat Participants will also pay: 18% food gratuity, $5 housekeeping gratuity, and 6% sales tax, 3% hotel tax, any alcoholic beverages purchased, room service and/or spa fees.

Reservation and Cancellation Procedure

A 50% deposit per package is due upon making your reservation. Deposits are refundable 2 weeks or more from time of reservation. Within 2 weeks, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Retreat balance must be paid in full at check-out.

Guests can bring a guest not participating in the yoga portion of the weekend. In this case, the yoga charge would be removed for one person.

Please Note: We recommend that if you choose a room with a “2 Person Occupancy” that you preselect your roommate before calling to make your reservation. Depending on the room, you may have to share a king-sized or full-sized bed with your roommate. Exact room specifications can be discussed when you make your reservation and are based on availability. (If you choose to attend the retreat with a roommate who will not be participating in any yoga classes a discounted rate is available. Please ask for details when registering.)

9-9:30am: Optional Sitting Meditation in Conference Center - Stacey Vespaziani
10am-Noon: Yoga Session 2 in Conference Center -Plant Medicine Flow Yoga - LA Finfinger
12:30pm: Lunch in Dining Room
2-4pm: Intro to Acro Yoga w/ Darcy Lyle & Casey West
(4pm Afternoon Tea with Cookies/Fruit)
5:30-7:30pm: Yoga Session 3 in Conference Center - Restorative Yoga and Reiki w/ Holly Koenig & Ali Popivchak
8pm: Celebration Dinner in Dining Room

8-10am: Yoga Session 4 in Conference Center - Closing Class - Jennifer Lee
9:30-11am: Breakfast in Dining Room
